Include:

The email address you sign in to Protein Ring with.
Your iPhone model and iOS version (and Apple Watch model, if the question is about the Watch).
A short description of the issue.
Screenshots when they help.

Do not include payment card details, passwords, sign-in codes, or sensitive medical information in support email.

Common Requests

Account deletion

Open Protein Ring, then You › Delete account.

Deletion permanently removes your profile, plan, meals and sign-in from Protein Ring. Your subscription is billed by Apple and does not end with your account: cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Data already written to Apple Health stays in Apple Health; remove it there if you wish.

Data export

Open You › Request your data to email us a request, or write to support@proteinring.com with the subject “Data export request”. You › Export on-device data gives you a file of what is on this iPhone.

Subscription management

Open You › Subscription › Manage, or use Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Purchase restore

On the plans page, tap Restore purchases. If nothing is found, check that you are signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Apple Health

Turn Health reads and writes on or off in You › Apple Health, or in the Health app under Sharing › Apps. Correcting or removing a meal in Protein Ring updates or removes the matching Health entry.
